From Sorin Ioan Stan From Romania, sent on 06 July 2011 Just don't go there, I just returned from a trip there and after eating at their hotel, we all 3, me, my wife and my 2 year old boy come sick at home; my son was 1 on medical center, on perfusion and another time in hospital in Varna, with 1.5 liter of perfusion in 12 hours, beacause of their food. They also stealed from our bagage and entered the room when we was at the hospital, even if DO NOT ENTER sign was on the door. Manager is very hard to reach, and she won't solve your problem, only bullshit you with a smile. Please recomend this hotel only to your enemies, thank you! |

From philip From ireland, sent on 23 July 2008 i just came back from bulgaria and the aqua azur and i feel the hotel is not as i thought it would be..the main problem was the food..for a four star hotel i expect four star food. not the same things for 2 of the three meals per day....when you have all inclusive you count on the food being good. the hotel was fine but i would grade this hotel as a three star based on the food and drink. there was NO entertainment at all!!i got this holiday on last minute but thank god i didnt pay the full price because it would be no way value for money!!!! |
