From A turist From USA, sent on 13 September 2009 Spent a night at this hotel, just because of its location. Was disappointed by the noise of the bars around it. Hotel's windows are not soundproof and till early morning I could hear heavy music from the main street. Room was OK, nothing like a 4* hotel at all, beds not comfy very bad idea to use the room key for lighting, also would be better to have normal size shower curtain, not 1/3 size...very frustrating. Lots of things to be improved at this hotel. My first impression was bad because the girl at reception didn't greet me till I told her twice Hello, then she didn't ask me what kind of room I want, didn't explain anything about it, had to go upstairs to see that the room she gave me won't work for me. Hotel Staff Not Helpful AT ALL and NOT POLITE! NEED IMPROVEMENT! I won't recommend this hotel to my friends, please do better search, there are many hotels around. You will be able to find a better place to stay and relax for the same money. Check reviews and see where hotel staff are polite and helpful. S. |

From Elaine Chapman From Scotland, sent on 07 July 2008 Lovely clean hotel staff very friendly especially the little barmaid, don't remember her name but she has a bit of a Irish accent. There was very few British people in the hotel think the two weeks we were there there were only about nine of us and i was in a party of four. The pool was clean but the water was freezing, not that it was a problem as the weather was really hot it was great to dive into. The hotel has no entertainment which is a pity because it would have been far more enjoyable if it had, but there was loads of pubs around the hotel so if you wanted to go out and about there was no problem. Went to Khans Tent the meal was lovely but was a bit disappointed as where we were sitting we couldn't see much of the acts. The only thing that spoiled the holiday was the beach, no where near as clean as i thought loads a cigarette ends in the sand and the sea had hundreds a seaweed in it, but it wont put me off going back again, as i did have a great relaxing holiday |

Chudeh se dali nabirate managery( upraviteli) za sezona. Az sus suprugat mi sme americansi grajdani, koito mileem za rodinata si i iskame da se pribereme za liatoto. Govorime perfectno English, Russian,Greek, i dobur French. Shte sme vi mnogo blagodarni za vnimanieto i otzivchivosta. Emaila e [email protected] |

From susan eccles From u k, sent on 27 December 2005 stayed at the alba in july 2005 thought being more central would be better but bar at rear kept us awake half the night, the hotel is clean staff friendly food ok though the pool area could be better looked after, stayed at victoria palace in 2004 much better so going back to the southern end in 2006 |
