Byala Resort Will be the Bulgarian Monaco: 4 Yacht Ports on the Way

Byala Resort, the southern town of Varna, will turn into the Bulgarian Monaco since four yacht ports are planned to be built in the area. The first yacht port is already finished. The first sod of the second one was recently turned out as well. Britain investors plan the construction of two more yacht ports in the regions of Kara Ravine and White River. The second yacht port in Byala will have a capacity for holding 200 big yachts with an average length of 15 to 17 metres in it territory. The port will be constructed in the northern part of Luna camping site, where the yachts will berth and a workshop for sailboats repair and maintenance will be found. The port will also have a special lot, where new yachts, made in Holland will be offered for sale. The unique yacht port will be part from the future “Marina Black Sea Riviera” Vacation Village. The first sod of the complex was turned out for the 22nd anniversary of Byala Resort. On 20 decares of ground 100 family villas with a capacity of 4000 people will be built. The villas will be extra luxurious, 20 percent of them have already been sold off-land. The vacation village should be finished in a year and a half. The investments made are to the amount of 10 000 000 euro. A small lighthouse, painted in red and white and resembling the one in Shabla Resort will also be built near the yacht port.
