The port will also have a special lot, where new yachts, made in Holland will be offered for sale. The unique yacht port will be part from the future Marina Black Sea Riviera Vacation Village. The first sod of the complex was turned out for the 22nd anniversary of Byala Resort. On 20 decares of ground 100 family villas with a capacity of 4000 people will be built.
