"Aquatech", another firm based in Varna, a leader in the constructions of aquq parks and spa centres in Bulgaria, ordered to "Express Garancion" to build the luxurious holiday ecocomplex of a sheltered place mode, reported from Money.bg "Topola Skies" project will be located in the village of Topola and will cost 25 million EUR. The project's implementation should be ready in late 2008, A new city hotel called "Modus" is planned to appear in the sea capital of Bulgaria- Varna city.The 4-star hotel worths 1 million BGN (500 000 EUR).
