Albena Seaside Resort to Invest 26 M EUR in New Hotels

Bulgarian tourism company ‘Albena' is planning to invest 53 million BGN (26 million EUR) in the constructions of new hotels this year, money.bg reported. The season in one of the best Bulgarian seaside resorts started in April. By now 99% of Albena's hotel equipment is functioning. From the direction of Albena informed that they expect 12% growth of tourists in 2007, with higher interest by Romanian and Russian tourists. In the passed year the resort company has invested more than 46 million BGN (23 million EUR) in modernization and developing of hotel and bed equipment in the resort.
